My item was damaged in transit. What can I do?
If a received product is damaged or defective then please kindly email our team at hello@wanau.com.au within 14 days of your delivery to arrange a return for a replacement or a refund.
Please include your order number in the email along with photos of the issue here and our customer support team will help to provide a resolution for you.
My order says delivered but I have not received it?
Your package may have been left at the front door, in the mailbox, or in another location the courier considered a safe place. If you’re unable to find it in any of these areas, please contact our friendly customer service team, who will assist by opening a case with the delivery company.
