At Wellness and Nutrition Australia, we want you to love every purchase. If it’s not quite right, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to send your item back. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Simple and stress-free returns
To qualify, your item just needs to be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Ready to start your return? Just email us at hello@wanau.com.au and we’ll take care of the rest. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions for sending your item back. Please note, returns sent without approval can’t be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out right away — we’ll resolve the issue quickly and make it right.

A few exceptions
While we strive to make returns easy, some items can’t be returned — including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just contact us — we’re happy to help.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you right away. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a little time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the process.
