All orders ship within 1 business day. During peak periods such as Christmas or Easter, it may take an additional 1–2 business days, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
All orders will be sent using Australia Post. We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Orders are processed the next business day after purchase. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holiday periods or extreme weather conditions.
We recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours (Monday–Friday). If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point, and a card will be left with pickup details.
If a parcel is returned to Lila Beauty because it was unclaimed or an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer will be responsible for a return and redelivery fee of $18. Please contact us at hello@wanau.com.au before the parcel is returned to our warehouse to let us know how you’d like to proceed.
For all other returned parcels, an $18 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Wellness and Nutrition Australia is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or those sent to incorrect addresses. We are also not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after they’ve been marked as delivered. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders, and a status of “Delivered” indicates successful receipt.
You may choose to provide authority to leave your parcel without a signature in the ‘order note’ section (found in the side drawer cart above the ‘checkout’ button). Please note that if you grant this authority, Welllness and Nutrition Australia is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels once the tracking shows ‘Delivered’. The same applies if Safe Drop or parcel redirection was requested.
To avoid any delays or issues, please double-check your delivery address when confirming your order.
All orders are final and sent directly to our warehouse for processing, so we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once an order is placed. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of purchase.
